Breath of Life – Yoga and Qigong Effortless Breathing – Presence Breathing

Breath of Life Breathing practices will help you experience more inner peace, confidence, joy and help dissolve pain. This meditative breathing process allows you to center yourself using the presence of your breath to dive deep within your essential being (your Soul, God within, Higher Self, The Supreme Consciousness, the mystery of who you are eternally).  You may either use the following contemplation or meditative questions or just to become aware of the different  ways to use the presence of your breath. . Suggestions: Combine this approach with  information on my two Effortless Breathing blogs, with mantras, affirmations, witnessing or mindfulness practices, or with gratefulness.
